
Barry O’Brien is a vastly experienced teacher, having taught at prestigious schools early in his career. He understands ‘the child’ on one hand, and the ‘challenges before the teacher’, on the other. His ‘classroom’ over the last three decades has been the length and breadth of India. A pioneering author of school textbooks, his area of specialization is empowering students to read, write and speak fluently in English while encouraging them to ‘think’ in the language they are using at any given time. Anil Kumar Tripathi has been in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT) for the last 36 years as a teacher trainer, author, editor and reviewer of ELT books of leading publishing houses. For 18 years he served as Principal of prestigious schools, like the Army School, Fatehgarh and Balwantray Mehta Vidya Bhavan, Greater Kailash, Delhi. He visited France under an Educational Exchange Programme and taught English as a second language to school students of Paris. He has a Master’s degree in English and Education with a Postgraduate Diploma in the Teaching of English from English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad. His areas of expertise are phonetics & spoken English, current English grammar & usage, and rhetoric & stylistics. So far, he has trained around 8,000 school teachers in these areas all over the country.

Genevieve Lobo started her teaching career at an early age of 18+ and has amassed a rich experience of 31 years as a teacher of English. She has taught at prestigious schools starting with Jesus and Mary School, Balarampur, and later at Convent of Jesus and Mary, Mussoorie, St Teresa’s Day School and College, Lucknow and finally at La Martiniere College, Lucknow where she currently holds the post of Headmistress for the primary and middle school. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and Sociology, and degrees in B. Ed and M. Ed. She has had the privilege of having taught the entire range of classes beginning from Nursery to Class 12 in her 31 years as a teacher. She is a voracious reader and has authored a number of English language books for Board classes as well.

Ruchi Sengar, a seasoned educator with a 28-year career as a teacher in schools of Delhi, holds a Master’s degree in English and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and is a certified CELTA (Pass A). She holds a certification in Test Paper Development from CBSE-Azim Premji University. She is known for her work in the educational landscape, serving as a CBSE subject expert, Master Trainer-ELT & CBE mentor, materials developer, ELT consultant and author.
Some of her accomplishments include co-authoring/authoring manuals and content for: Trinity College London, India, catering to levels B1 and B2, playing a pivotal role in content creation; for CBSE – contributing to CBSE handbooks; NCERT worksheets VI-VIII; NCERT Class VI Textbook 2024 (to be released); CBSE-Co E Teacher Training Manuals for Eng Core and L & L; Communicative English textbooks IX & X (Revision 2023); SQPs and question banks for X & XII, CBSE (all praised for their reliability as practice resources); for the OTBA pilot project materials; for the CBSE SAFAL Programme and CBSE Reading Challenge materials; item writer CBSE, SCERT; NCERT NAS item writer and ELT textbooks and content for leading publishers. Ms Sengar has also been collaborating with the NCERT and SCERT for specific assignments, focusing on competency-based questions and pedagogical practices. She has received extensive training in CBE item writing, pedagogical processes, and mentorship through CBSE-Cambridge, as well as assessment design and item writing via CBSE-British Council- Alpha Plus and CBSE-ACER-Aurobindo Society. Her work has been featured on CBSE platforms – CBSE- DIKSHA (critical reading) and Shiksha Vani (podcasts 2020). As the Founder of OUR ABODE (www.ruchisengar.in), she provides teaching support materials and conducts professional development training sessions for English teachers. Her dedication to enhancing the quality of education as per the NEP and NCF directives, is evident in her ongoing initiatives.

Bindu Sahdev, a post graduate and double gold-medallist in Physics, is an Academic Advisor to groups of schools. With close to three decades of experience, she has been a teacher at Amity International School, an author of books on Maths and Physics, a content editor for the K-12 segment.
She has conducted various teacher-training programmes across the country on topics such as Experiential Learning, STEM, Maths and Science. She was a core team member for the development of the CBSE–CBP Manual for Science Teachers’ Training Programme for Grades 9 to 12. She was also a committee member for Mathematics in Bhartiya Shiksha Board, U.P.

Neeta Agrawal is a seasoned academician with close to three decades of experience in teaching, in authoring books and journals and in curriculum development. She holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and has taught Chemistry to middle and senior school students of CBSE, ICSE and IGCSE boards in some of the leading schools of NCR. These include Amity International School and Step by Step School.
She is currently following her passion of authoring Chemistry books and developing curricula for various national and international boards.

Vandana Gupta has been in the field of education for more than three decades, during which time she has had the opportunity to work with some top schools in India as well as abroad. These include Amity International School, Step by Step School, Shiv Nadar School, G. D. Goenka Public School, Assumption Business University, Bangkok and International School of Banglamung, Thailand.
Apart from teaching Science (Biology) to middle and senior school, she has also led them in the capacities of Coordinator and Headmistress. She has also headed the Science Department and Examination Centre for several years at the various schools she has been associated with.

Charu Srivastava is a young, dynamic educationist with an experience in education, corporate and government-run organizations that are progressive and determined to contribute to quality education. Charu is a CBSE Master Trainer for the YuWaah Project and Vocational Education. She is an author and a teacher trainer having trained more than 2,500 educators across the country as also a CENTA-certified trainer and CENTA Ambassador. She is also a prime consultant with The Third Bridge in the ed tech space.
She has been awarded ‘The Youngest Best Principal Award’ by National School Awards, Star Woman Award (Academic Skills) by Star Forever Awards, Leadership Excellence Award by EduClouds and Shiksha Gaurav Samman by NABET, QCI and Inspiring Education Hero Award by Education Growth Network. Jyotsna Grover is an accomplished educator currently serving as the Vice Principal at a prestigious school in Delhi. Trained by experts from Trinity College London, she possesses specialized knowledge in the Assessment of Speaking and Listening Skills and Item Writing.
