Neuberg Publishing (India) Private Limited is a private limited entity incorporated in India on 20 April 2021 under the Companies Act 2013. The registered office of the Company is in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Swapna Augustine and Shraddha Singh are the two major shareholders, also acting as Directors of the Company.
The Company is engaged in printing and publishing of school books. It develops educational materials that align with curriculum standards, promoting effective teaching and active learning. Textbooks and supplementary resources are designed to engage students and foster a deeper understanding of the subjects.
Neuberg, in first two years of its operation, has successfully established a strong foundation in four states viz., Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal. Neuberg is now poised to creating a scalable, adaptable model for successful expansion into additional states in the years to come.
By conducting thorough market research, adapting marketing strategies, optimizing operations and continuously monitoring performance, we are confident of managing and growing our market presence across other states effectively.
Neuberg started its operation in the year 2022-23 with one warehouse-cum-office located in Noida. Now in order to support our increasing operations and to fulfill logistical requirements more efficiently, we have established one more office and another warehouse in Lucknow from the year 2024-25 to cater to the needs of eastern India including parts of Uttar Pradesh. The Noida office and warehouse will continue to cater to the requirements of Delhi-NCR and other north Indian markets.
The Company also conducts various workshops and webinars to train educators and learners. This provides a platform for educators to become aware of the latest trends in education, exchange ideas and discover new instructional techniques. For learners, these sessions serve as avenues to develop essential skills and acquire knowledge beyond the traditional classroom setting.
One of the promoters, with 22+ years of extensive experience in the same industry possesses strong understanding of the publishing industry, particularly in the context of educational materials. He is well aware of current trends, curriculum requirements and pedagogical approaches.
