Ever Onward
Ever Onward is a carefully graded series of eight books for classes 1 to 8. It has been developed to be completely in sync with the National Education Policy 2020 and NCF-SE 2023, with emphasis on encouraging ‘critical thinking, problem solving,’ as well as ‘social, ethical and emotional capacities and dispositions.’
It has an approach that is a first of its kind, with a combination of the following elements: General knowledge General awareness Life skills Values Logic and reasoning Personality development As recommended by the NEP 2020 and NCF-SE 2023, a discovery and activity-based approach has been adopted to enable students to be future-ready—to keep moving Ever Onward! The series has an interactive approach, which encourages students to
- attempt to answer, learn in the process and improve their general knowledge and general awareness. The series has steered clear of unnecessary trivia. The stress is very clearly on ‘people and things who matter’—in India and then around the world.
- interact with their peers, improve their listening skills, realise the importance of manners, etiquette and good behaviour as they enjoy the adventure of growing up, developing their personalities and honing their life skills.
- acquire the skill to reason and think logically ‘on one’s feet’.
- reflect, respond and rethink, if required, as they realise the importance of self-imbibing values.
- form their opinions, speak their minds and engage in informal discussions, thereby communicating with each other–communication being an important pillar of the series.
